One Wish Willow is a personal wish-tracking and journaling application that allows users to:

  • Create and manage wishes

  • Track personal goals and reflections

  • Store journal entries locally on their device

  • Access optional premium features through in-app purchases

The App is provided for personal use and entertainment purposes only.

3. User Content

Users may create and store wishes, notes, reflections, and journal entries within the App.

You are solely responsible for any content you create or store in the App.

You agree not to use the App to store or distribute:

  • Illegal content

  • Harmful content

  • Offensive or abusive content

  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights

  • Content that violates applicable laws

4. Local Data Storage

The App stores user-created content locally on the user's device.

One Wish Willow does not provide cloud backup or account synchronization.

Users acknowledge that:

  • Uninstalling the App may result in loss of locally stored data.

  • Device resets, damage, or software issues may cause loss of data.

  • Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups if desired.

The developer is not responsible for any loss of user data.

5. In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional digital purchases, including but not limited to:

  • Remove Ads Forever

All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing.

Prices may vary by region and currency.

Purchases are subject to Google's payment policies and refund policies.

6. Purchase Restoration

Eligible non-consumable purchases may be restored through Google Play when using the same Google account associated with the original purchase.

Restoration availability depends on Google Play services and policies.

7. Advertisements

The free version of the App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdMob.

The developer is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

8. No Guarantees

One Wish Willow is intended as a personal organization, journaling, and motivational tool.

The App does not guarantee:

  • Achievement of goals

  • Fulfillment of wishes

  • Personal, financial, educational, or professional success

  • Specific outcomes of any kind

Any motivational content provided by the App is for informational and inspirational purposes only.

9. Intellectual Property

All App designs, branding, graphics, logos, animations, and software components are the property of the developer unless otherwise stated.

Users may not:

  • Redistribute

  • Resell

any part of the App without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
